1. Terms of Service
Validity of Quotations: All quotes provided are valid for a period of 24 hours only
Payment Requirements: Full payment is strictly required before any goods are released to the customer
Deposits: Deposits apply only to special-order items and are non-refundable
Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery
Limitation of Liability: TAN 4x4 shall not be held liable for any courier delays or any consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products
2. Shipping Policy
Service Area: TAN 4x4 exclusively provides shipping services within the borders of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Responsibility: While we facilitate shipping through third-party couriers, TAN 4x4 is not liable for delays once the goods have been dispatched
3. Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused goods only
Condition for Return: All returned units must be in a resellable condition and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Strictly no returns or refunds will be issued for electrical components, special-order items, or custom-manufactured products
Handling Fees: A handling fee may be applied to any returned goods at the discretion of TAN 4x4
Warranty Terms: Manufacturer warranties apply to all products; however, any misuse or incorrect installation of the goods will immediately void all warranties

Information Collection: We collect personal information (Name, Address, Contact Details) solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery.
Data Sharing: Your data is shared only with our secure payment processor (Paystack) and our designated courier partners to facilitate your transaction.
Data Protection: We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third parties.
